According to the real speed, The camera can be reached 30fps against QSIF,QCIF; 20~26fps under SIF,CIF state and VGA is 10fps as usual; Indeed, You should ask the distributor if your camera speed is lower than 10fps.
Q: How to connect camera while your computer already connected a vedio frequency equipment?

Q: Always display 888
A: Check the cable connection, whether the internet connect normally.Check yellow pilot light of the cable socket work or not.
a. If the pilot light work, but the LCD display 888, press the reset button(back of the camera) about 5 seconds to renew the firmware. 2 minutes later, cut off the power supply and restart, display OK.
b. If the pilot light doesn’t work, but the LCD display 888, just cut off the power supply and restart, if still doesn’t work, that’s the malfunction of the IP camera, just contact with your distributor.
Q: LCD display OK, cannot search out IP address.
A: Stress to check if the cable canbe connectted with the internet, we suggest test it on the other computer, some computer system matters lead to this problem. Q: Image white screen of the Long distacce user.
A: a. Close the Antivirus System, especially Kaspersky antivirus system will screen the flowing images.
b. First time login, without install the Activx control, You need to start all the Activx setup items in the LAN(refer to the user menu) which under the path: Internet/ option/safety setting. Image normally at the beginning, but white screen after turn around, that maybe problem of the wire poor contact(camera problem).
c. Privacy pilot light opened cause whit screen.
Q: Cannot record and snapshot, without record and snapshot button display.
A: There is no record and snapshot function while you login with JAVA pattern, Activx cannot record and snapshot unless clear all the trash files under Iternet option, delete the files under Windows/Downloaded Program Files and reenter as Activx pattern, When the system clue to install Activx again, It’s ok.
Q: Always clue on “page fault, need close”
A: Login as IE pattern, don’t input the website under the my computer page directly, Some computer systems will impact while Activx and Java all be installed. We suggest that the user only install one control firstly, or reinstall after delete all the controls. Then the problem will be solved.
Q: Cannot send email
A: For foreign users, you need setup the Outlook or other mail system firstly which in the mail setting option, select “sendemail” option uder the induction setup, fill in your user name and correct email address.
Q: Night vision efficiency
A: Don’t use outside or clear place, there is poor effect, The best way is test it inside the room.
Q: The image will blanch outside the room or under the strong light.
A: Base on the condition, select suitable inside/outside room option uder the “System setup”,”Video setup”.
Q: Switch difference
A: 50/60Hz can be used between 110-240V, just different with the DNC, they are European rule(circle) and US rule(flat). Transformer fixation the Votage and frequency, we won’t use transformer in the later produce.
Q: Lens visual angle parameter
A: 1/4 sensor, 120o wide angle, all the infrared lens have color deflection, color lens without this problem, but they have no infrared effect and match white light only.
Q: Induction Setup
A: a. Moving detective function, The system will spring of alarm and send email while the lens induction some object moving; That’s burst mode of IP camera alarm.

Q: Image abnormality, there will bring full screen color image sometimes.
A: That’s the problem of the solution. You can refresh the screen. This problem will be revised after the software upgrade.
Q: it can be recorded around 13hours in a 2GB CF card when you use MPEG-4 format against CIF state.
A: M-JPEG format has a large memory capacity, we don’t suggest long term record. CF card can meory pictures only, cannot record.
Q: 16 images software specification
A: a. The camera can supply to monitor in LAN currently, they always failure to connect with WAN;
b. The system only record M-JPEG files, cannot record MPEG-4 moving image, MPEG-4 files can be record in IE record
Frequently Malfunctions Resolution
1. Failure camera detect
Performance: the PC cannot detect the USB pc-camera
Way: check the operating system, BIOS, USB port or installation mistake.
Process: Win95 cannot support USB port. You need to upgrade the system to Win98 or upon. Check BIOS Setup, made the USB setting work normally.
If failuar all above, just test to another USB port.
Install a wrong device or select a wrong device, check the systerm device as following and reinstall the correct device.
Dblclick the system ico on the control Panel. Select “Device Manager” from System Properties. Dblclick “Other Device”. Select “Unknown Device” and dblclick “Remove” button, Click Rfresh button, the system will find out a new device, install as the system cue.

2. Color Warp
Performance: Install a new camera, but the image has some color warp.
Way: Adjust the setup which relating to the color in the video capture program, rejigger PCO/VGA Palette Snoop setup.
Process: According to the Camera software to adjust the setup which relating to the color in the video capture program.
Press Del button to enter BIOS Setup when start the computer, Select “BIOS Features Setup”, “PCI/VGA Palette Snoop”, Default to ”Disabled”. PgUp button select “Enable”. press Esc to quit out, press F10, select “Y” saved and quit Setup.
Statement: This is a frequently Malfunctions relating to PCI/VGA Palette Snoop. Some color confusion also can be solved in this way.
3. Low speed out of network
Performance: the camera always in a low speed whatever online or offline.
Way: Upgarde the computer hardware.
Process: to be omitted.
Statement: Perhaps the capability of the computer is low, please replace graphic speedup card, if still failure, just upgade the CPU and PCB board.
4. Low display speed
Performance: Low display low speed.
Way: Change an ISP to connect the Internet.

5. Image display in advance
Performance: It this a quality problem if the images display in advance are too bright or too dark.
Way: Adjust the Brightness and Contrast.

6. Skewbald Screen
Performance: How to solve skewbald screen of the camera?
Way: Check the device
Process: Check if the device is match with you camera type, or change a display card to test, because the graphic card is not compatible with the device.
Statement: AGP graphic card dis-compatible or wrong device installation (Suggest reinstall the device), especially use SIS6326 chipset graphic card. Change the graphic card if these ways are failure.
7. White screen or black screen
Performance: White or black screen when using of the camera.
Way: Check the software setup.
Process: Please revise the setup refer to the NOTICE of the user menu.
Statement: The reason is that the “Preview” function which under the “Option” of the menu haven’t been started, dblclick “Preview” and wait for 5-10 seconds.
8. Abnormality working on the lap-top.
Perpormance: Cannot work normally when use lap-top, but Computer is ok.
Way: Try to reduce the speed of the graphic card.
Process: Click the right key on the table, select “atrribute”, “Setup”, “Capability”, to reduce the hardware speedup from grade 4 to gear 1, If it is ok, just rise the grade, until find the balance point.
Statement: Camera is easy the clash with the graphic card, You should check the reasons both in camera and graphic card.

1. Low lighting or asymmetry lighting inside the room, please adjust the lighting intensity and the position of the target object.
2. Without start AE( Auto exposure adjust ), please select Option\Video capture filter\Auto exposure and click 50Hz, then setup the Color space under the Video capture pin---compress to RGB24.
3. Please install upon directX8.0 edition if your operating system is Win98/me.
4. Please downloard and intall the latest Device Program.
